A Sanctuary Lakóépület Belsőépítészeti Tervezése bemutatása

A Sanctuary egy tajvani, Tainan városában található duplex lakóingatlan belsőépítészeti terve, amely 819,83 négyzetmétert foglal magában. Az alaprajz minden szintre egy-egy lakóegységet helyez el, és a teret a környező óceánkilátás felé nyitja meg. A nagyméretű ablakok természetes fényt biztosítanak, és elősegítik a szellőzést. A két szintet egy arany, áttört korlátos csigalépcső köti össze, amely a tér központi elemét képezi. A természetes anyagok, a lágy színvilág és az egyszerű vonalvezetés jellemzi az egyes tereket, mindenféle túlzott díszítés nélkül. A tervezés emellett lágyítja a duplex függőleges gerendaszerkezetének vizuális hatását is.

The entrance immediately draws the eye to the spiral staircase, precisely crafted in terms of position, size, and form. The staircase is complemented by a gold hollow railing that adds a touch of refined elegance. Coupled with the sophisticated lines of imported furniture and ambient lighting, the space transforms into a pure and comfortable daily retreat.
Design kihívás: Addressed the vertical beam structure of the duplex, using thoughtful design strategies to soften any visual imbalances. The spiral staircase was carefully designed to serve both as a functional element and as a visual highlight, ensuring that it enhances the overall aesthetic of the space. This approach not only solved the structural challenges but also elevated the interior design to new levels of sophistication.
Kutatás: This project involved a raw, unfinished duplex space. The design challenge required a focus on optimizing spatial dimensions, ensuring smooth vertical and horizontal flow within the layout while leveraging the height and structure of the duplex. The aim was to link the interior with the outdoor ocean view, bringing the view inside, enhancing the spaciousness, and creating a minimalist yet elegantly sophisticated modern home of their dreams.
Inspiráció: The homeowners desire a minimalist, bright, and comfortable living environment that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces. They seek to connect their home with the surrounding landscape while maximizing natural light to create a spacious view. The goal is to seamlessly blend functional living areas with an elegant, modern touch, capturing the pure essence of everyday life.
