About Cest Lavie Villa Lakóépület belsőépítészeti tervezés
A Cest Lavie Villa egy lakóépület belsőépítészeti terve, amely Kína Csengtu városának Jinjiang kerületében található. A belső tér 478 négyzetmétert fed le. A tervezés kínai és nyugati utalásokat egyesít a határtalan fény témája mentén. A helyi elemek, mint a Shu-hímzés textúrája és a szecsuáni opera maszkjainak színei, kortárs francia stílussal találkoznak. A padlótól mennyezetig érő ablakok megnyitják a helyiségek közötti határokat, és beengedik a természetes fényt. A többfunkciós privát terek különböző életszituációkhoz igazodnak. A művészeti installációk és falfestmények antikolt pigmentekből és újrahasznosított anyagokból készültek.

- Production Technology
- The project emphasizes environmental protection in material use. Art installations and wall paintings were crafted using aged pigments and recycled waste materials. Environmentally friendly materials were applied in the production of installation elements. The design effect relies on the interplay of material properties and natural light rather than special technologies.
- Design Challenge
- The main challenge was introducing a high-risk eclectic style into China's real estate market while meeting a tight schedule for remote construction. Implementation of art installations faced technical difficulties, and wall paintings raised differing interpretations among stakeholders. These were overcome through close collaboration, timely communication, and the designer's personal revisions using aged pigments and recycled materials.
- Research
- This project is located in Jinjiang District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. As an emerging commercial city, Chengdu also boasts profound local cultural heritage. The project integrates the texture of Shu Embroidery stitches and the color relationships of Sichuan Opera Face-Changing masks, and combines them with the theme of "Boundless Light" to present itself through contemporary artistic approaches.
- Inspiration
- Drawing inspiration from the integration of Chengdu's local culture and international aesthetics, this design extracts local elements such as Shu Embroidery and the color palettes of Sichuan Opera Face-Changing. It uses the element of light to adorn the shape of the interior space and its decorations, ultimately presenting an eclectic style infused with contemporary French romance.
- Project Duration
- The project started in January 2025 and finished in August 2025 in China.
- Operation Flow
- The space operates as a poetic residence where light shapes atmosphere and guides movement. Floor-to-ceiling windows erase boundaries, creating openness, while multifunctional areas adapt to different living scenarios. Users interact with shifting light, textures, and cultural references, experiencing an immersive blend of art and life that enhances both function and emotional resonance.
