About House LW27 Magánrezidencia
A House LW27 egy magánrezidencia, amely egy lakóövezet viszonylag kis telkén épült. A fehér épülettömeg kontrasztot alkot a durva természetes kő elemekkel. A belső teret fehér vakolt falak, tölgyfa padlók, valamint a padlókhoz, fürdőszobákhoz, kandallókhoz és falakhoz használt természetes kő formálja. A földszinten a nyitott alaprajz szabadon áramlik keletről nyugatra a medence mentén. A padlótól mennyezetig érő tolóablakok egész évben összekapcsolják a belső és a külső tereket. Az emeleten hálószobák találhatók saját fürdőszobával. A növényekkel beültetett tetőterasz visszaadja a természetnek a beépített területet.

- Inspiration
- In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop. - Project Duration
- The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
- Operation Flow
- The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents. - Image Credits
