A Seotun Saram Mobil alkalmazás felhasználói felület bemutatása

A Seotun Saram egy mobilalkalmazás-felület, amely összeköti a pszichológiai tanácsadást kereső embereket a szakképzett tanácsadókkal. A név egy még ügyetlen, tapasztalatlan személyre utal, és a szolgáltatás azon az elven alapul, hogy mindenki ügyetlenül kezdi. Egy mese egyszerű módon mutatja be a tanácsadási folyamatot azoknak a felhasználóknak, akik nem ismerik ezt a területet. A történetben két szereplő jelenik meg: Seotun, a bolyongó kliens, és Gobukki, a lassú, de megbízható tanácsadó. A meleg papírtextúrák, az éjszakai égbolt sötétkék tónusai és a kézzel rajzolt ikonok alkotják a vizuális megjelenést.

Design kihívás: This is to keep the negative and difficult image of psychological counseling friendly and warm. And to provide accurate psych consultancy information.
Kutatás: There are two weaknesses in Korea's psychological counseling infrastructure. One is that anyone who doesn't have the right to run a counseling center, and the other is that the public has a negative perception of counseling. Although many people complain of psychological pain, policy is still incomplete and awareness is low. They wanted to introduce people to qualified psych consultancy centers to help customers receive professional counseling services in a more secure environment.
Inspiráció: Seotun-saram is a service that connects a counselee with a professional counselor. In Korea, there is no right regulation on psychological counseling, so bad people can open counseling centers with certifications which are easy to obtain. With these problems persisted, people suffered from them, and perception of counseling became bad. They wanted people to get good counseling service through this and hoped their life to be warmer.
Projekt időtartama: The project started in April 2017 and finished in August 2018 in Republic of Korea.
Működési folyamat: They wanted to enable clients to get skilled counseling in a safer setting.They tried to convey warmth and give the right direction for counseling. There are two characters in Seotunsaram. 'Seotun' is a counsellee who lost and wandering. 'Gobukki' is a slow but reliable counselor who accompanies him to the end. In addition, the warm paper texture, lyrical navy blue of the night sky, and hand-drawn icons make up our service. This is simple, but valuable work.
