About Dynamic Evolution Lakóépület belsőépítészeti tervezése

A Dinamikus Evolúció egy 198 négyzetméter alapterületű lakóépület belsőépítészeti terve. Az elrendezés nyitott, válaszfalak nélküli lakóteret alkot. Az ebédlőt és a konyhát az egyik oldalra helyezték, ami kiszélesíti a nyitott teret, ugyanakkor egyértelmű határvonalakat jelöl ki a különböző zónák között. A nappali és a nyitott dolgozószoba között egy széles márvány televíziós fal helyezkedik el. Egy tolóajtó lehetővé teszi, hogy a dolgozószoba vendégszobaként is funkcionáljon, egyúttal megakadályozza, hogy a konyhai szagok bejussanak. A márvány és a fa hideg és meleg tónusokat állít szembe egymással, a mennyezet magasságának változásai pedig elrejtik a gerendákat.

Unique Properties: Distinct from the regular open designs of the public areas, this residential interior design plan constructs the free-living environment without walls. The design idea setting the dining room and kitchen on the side expands the open spaces, while delineating the boundaries among these spaces as well. The open study room is behind the wide marble TV wall decorated in the living room. The study room decorated with the sliding door easily becomes the guest room, and effectively keeps clean from the kitchen smoke. The design idea of the flexible house is charismatic.

Production Technology: The cold feel of the marble TV wall and the warm feel of the wood furniture generate the contrast of colors, thus manifesting the double visions. The wide TV wall decorated between the living room and the study room not only creates the broad vision, also maintain the calm working environment in the study room.
Design Challenge: The wood boards are decorated between the entryway and the living room. The tall display cabinet is decorated between the entryway and the dining room and kitchen as well.
Research: The master bedroom is embellished with the elegant brown colors. The master bedroom has the delicate dressing room and table. The second bedroom is decorated with the bold colors. This house design taking into considerations the functionalities and varieties is the most unique feature from other residential interior designs.
Inspiration: The wood boards are decorated between the entryway and the living room. The tall display cabinet is decorated between the entryway and the dining room and kitchen as well. The structure of beam is delicately obscured by its underneath display cabinet. In the living room, the TV wall, leather sofa, dark blue carpet and installation art coherently signify the blue tone color.
Project Duration: The project finished in November 2017.
Operation Flow: The open dining room and kitchen are on the left of the study room. The kitchen decorated with the elegant black and the counter shows the smooth traffic flow distinguishing the role of space. The changes for ceiling heights delicately conceal the beam extended from the entryway to other spaces. The wood ceiling decorated in the dining room implicitly defines the boundary between the dining room and kitchen. The polished floor and the glittering stone dining table create the clear and bright visions.
