Յոնցին Ֆանգի մեծ թատրոնի վերանորոգումը Գուանչժոուում գտնվող ցուցահանդեսային և ներդրումների խթանման կենտրոնի ինտերիերի դիզայն է։ Թատրոնը Էննինգ ճանապարհի Յոնցին Ֆանգի խորհրդանշական կառույցն է՝ վերանորոգված հին փողոց, որը հայտնի է իր վաղեմի ապրանքանիշերով և զբոսաշրջությամբ։ Դիզայնը հակադրում է հին և նոր տարրերը։ Արկղանման ծավալները կազմակերպում են 334 քառակուսի մետրանոց անկանոն տարածքը։ Առաջին հարկում տեղակայված են նախագծերի ցուցադրությունները, իսկ վերին հարկը օգտագործվում է բանակցությունների համար։ Նյութերի թվում են փայտե երեսպատումը, սպիտակ ներկը, սև ալյումինե վահանակները և մոխրագույն սալիկը։ Փայլատ պողպատե և ապակե դռները կապում են ինտերիերը փողոցի հետ։

As the Grand Theateris one of the landmarks of Yongqing Fang, the client expected to revitalizeit and make it serve as the investment promotion center of the whole renovation project.

- The designers used the contrast of the old and the new, the past and the present to renovate the interior space. At the same time, various elements like light and shadow, and reality and fantasy are applied into the design.
In terms of space planning, boxes are used to form different functional divisions that can present changeable space structures while unifying the irregular spaces. The 1F is mainly used for project exhibitions. While the second floor is primarily designed for negotiation. - Նախագծի տևողություն
