- To ensure perfect effects, strip bricks were fixed onto walls by hand.

- The sales center was transformed from an old building which featured appropriate spatial proportions with low ceiling and large floor area.Based on the expansive plot and large number of visitors, the client requested generous and open spaces.
The challenges were how to optimizethe spatial proportions and raise the storey height by minimum amount of transformation work, and how to create a sense of rhythm and playfulness while ensuring openness and expansiveness of spaces. - Հետազոտություն
- The project is situated at Shenwu Village, Jinan City, China. The site is surrounded by mountains, which reminded the designers of rolling mountains and surging water. So they incorporated those natural elements into the interior design, hoping to create an elegant and tranquil ambience. Through exploring theconnection between humanistic landscapeand contemporary spaces from a prudent perspective, the designers created an illusionary "city of mountains and water", waiting people to explore.

The brick walls that draw on patterns ofancient Chinese city walls, the grilles that generate interplay of light and shadows, together produce a charming and elegant oriental ambience. Such an atmosphere is also highlighted by the floating "boxes" and outdoor landscape. - Նախագծի տևողություն
