Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion-ը 697 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսով վաճառքի կենտրոն է Չինաստանի Նանջին քաղաքում։ Ինտերիերը հետևում է «չորս ջրերը վերադառնում են դահլիճ» թեմային, որտեղ թեք տանիքից անձրևաջուրը բոլոր կողմերից հոսում է դեպի կենտրոնական ներքին բակ։ Դասավորությունը հիմնված է ավանդական Ցզյաննանյան տների հաջորդական տանիքների վրա և ժամանակակից մեթոդներով արտահայտում է արևելյան իմաստությունը։ Նյութերը ներառում են չինական նախշերով մետաղական վանդակաճաղեր, ապակե աղյուսներ, քար և ապակե վարագույրային պատ։ Լուսամուտից ներթափանցող արևի լույսը ստեղծում է փոփոխվող լույս ու ստվեր։
