Վիլլա Անտիոկիան մասնավոր բնակելի տուն է՝ գտնվող Կապ Կանայում, Պունտա Կանա, Դոմինիկյան Հանրապետություն։ Տունը զբաղեցնում է 1130 քառակուսի մետր կառուցապատված տարածք՝ 2630 քառակուսի մետր հողամասի վրա։ Ճարտարապետական լուծումն ստեղծում է ինտերիերային տարածքներ, որոնք ֆիզիկապես և տեսողականորեն թափանցելի են դեպի հողամասի արտաքին տարածքները։ Տեղական կլիմայական պայմանները թելադրել են բնական օդափոխության կիրառումը։ Ճակատին տեղակայված ընդարձակ կոնսոլային մասը ձևավորում է մուտքի շեմը։ Նյութական ընտրանին կազմված է տեղական փորագրված քարից, փայտե երեսպատումից և մեծաչափ մարմարե սալիկներից։
