Տունը բաղկացած է հինգ զուգահեռ ուղղանկյուններից։ Ավտոտնակի և սպա բլոկները տեղաշարժված են բնակելի ծավալի նկատմամբ։ Դրանք պաշտպանում են այն օտար հայացքներից և ձևավորում են կոմպակտ տարածք համապատասխանաբար մուտքի և հանգստի գոտիների համար։ Սպան կախված է հողից վեր կոնսոլի վրա և իր ապակեպատմամբ բաց է բնության համար։ Անտառի կողմ նայող ճակատները ունեն լիամետրաժ պատուհաններ, որոնք լցնում են բնակելի տարածությունները լույսով և օդով։ Տերասի ջրային կառուցվածքը ստեղծում է միկրոմթերք ամառային տապի ժամանակ։ Հյուրասրահի երկհարկանի աշտարակը ձևավորում է ուղղահայաց առանցք, որը ենթարկում է շենքի և լանդշաֆտի բոլոր տարրերը։

Pool water, for example, is fully heated by recovered energy from the dehumidifier and the server room.
