About Shenzhen Baguang Մշակույթի և Սպորտի Կենտրոնը

Նախագիծը գտնվում է գեղատեսիլ Շենժեն Դապենգ թերակղզու հյուսիս-արևելքում՝ գեղեցիկ ծովածոցերով, խիտ մանգրովներով և էկոլոգիական խոնավ տարածքներով: 70,657 քառակուսի մետր ընդհանուր կառուցապատման տարածքով այն համապարփակ վայր է, որը ներառում է լողավազան, բադմինթոնի կորտ, մարզասրահ, մեծ թատրոն, մշակութային կենտրոն և գրադարան: Դիզայնը ուշադրություն է դարձնում ընդհանուր ֆունկցիոնալությանը, բայց նաև հաշվի է առնում տիեզերական ձևի ժամանակների և մշակույթի զգացողությունը և ուշադրություն է դարձնում դիզայնի նոր տեխնիկայի կիրառմանը:

Unique Properties: The Baguang sports center is located in the east of Kwai Chung office, Dapeng New District, Longgang, Shenzhen, and ends at Yanba expressway. It is the most well protected natural land in Shenzhen, with silver leaf forest, egrets and wetlands. Combining the characteristics of space design in the seaside, based on architecture, the design emphasizes the flexibility of seawater, pays attention to the integrity of the project, and achieves green and sustainable development design.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project is located in the northeastern part of the beautiful dapeng peninsula in Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province. The total land area is 36,041 square meters and the total building area is 70,657 square meters. Surrounded by water on three sides and only 20 meters away from the coastline, the building site is known as the "maritime cultural center" of Shenzhen. It is a comprehensive venue integrating swimming pool, badminton hall, training hall, grand theater, cultural center and library.

Production Technology: The floor of the swimming pool uses anti-slip and epoxy grindstone floor, which is designed with solvent-free formula, and the walls use permanent condensate DPS. The floor of the basketball hall is made of sports wood, and the elasticity and friction coefficient are strictly regulated. The walls are made of wood and wood wool sound-absorbing panels, the ceiling is made of metal and membrane materials, and the partially transparent roof is made of glass polyester transparent plates.
Design Challenge: In order to protect the most ecologically intact natural places, such as silver-leaf forests, groups of egrets and wetlands, the design should not only focus on functions, but also take into account the spatial form of the cultural sense of the times, pay attention to the application of new design concepts, and design a modern, intelligent design. ,Energy saving and environmental protection.
Research: The project is a comprehensive venue integrating swimming pool, badminton hall, training hall, grand theater, cultural center and library. In the design, we should pay attention to the function as the starting point, at the same time, we should pay attention to the sense of the times and culture of the space form, and pay attention to the application of the new design concept.
Inspiration: The city is a creation with human as the main body and the place where civilization is generated.When the sun is slowly approaching the sea level, the busy day returns to tranquility. There are more people on the beach, some are walking, some are swimming, some are picking up shells, and some are playing happily... So, the cheers here were as high as the waves.
Project Duration: The project design started in November 2019 in Shenzhen and finished in 2020 in Shenzhen.
Operation Flow: In the design, the advanced technology, equipment, excellent technology, environmental protection materials and safe and reliable structure are preferred, and the industry standards and specifications are carefully followed. The space design combines the characteristics of the seaside and is based on the building. The design emphasizes the flexibility of the sea water and the integrity of the project, so as to achieve green and sustainable development design.
