About Restelo Բնակելի ինտերիերի դիզայն

Ռեստելոն Լիսաբոնում (Պորտուգալիա) գտնվող վիլլայի ինտերիերի դիզայնն է, որն ընդգրկում է հյուրասենյակը, մուտքի սրահը և աստիճանավանդակը։ Հատակագիծը բաց է և մինիմալիստական։ Մուտքի սրահը հյուրասենյակը բաժանում է ճաշասենյակից և խոհանոցից։ Հատուկ պատվերով պատրաստված գրադարակը հյուրասենյակը կապում է երկրորդ հարկում գտնվող տնային աշխատասենյակի հետ։ Գրադարակը պատրաստված է բաց մոխրագույն և անտրացիտագույն լաքապատված ՄՄՖ-ից (MDF) և ներառում է թաքնված պահեստավորման տարածքներ։ Հյուրասենյակում կան երկու նստատեղեր՝ մեկը՝ հեռուստացույցի մոտ հանգստյան զրույցների համար, մյուսը՝ այգու տեսարանով, հանգստանալու համար։

Unique Properties: The contemporary architecture and organic and refined lines which define this house leave no one indifferent to it. There is a dark-toned wood console at the entrance and a table lamp flanked by a pair of sliding doors. The most striking pieces, designed by the Atelier, are undoubtedly the custom-made carpet and the two-story bookcase in the living room that connects this space with the office. It is possible to notice several nooks and crannies for decorative items, plants and hidden storage.
Dimensions & Packaging: Restelo is a villa property where the Atelier designed the entire house. For this particular contest, they are submitting the living room and entry hall. The living room area is 78,89 m2, the stairs area is 12,67 m2, and the hall is 14,12 m2. The joining areas of the hall and the stairs are 26,79 m2.

Production Technology: They developed 3D renders and floor plans throughout this home's design to best support their ideas and showed their client what their interior design project would resemble.
The Atelier combined custom-made pieces with specially picked design items from renowned brands such as Minotti, Rimadesio, Cattelan, Trussardi and Arketipo.
The Atelier drew the bookshelf. It was made of MDF wood lacquered light gray and anthracite and is two-story in height.
Design Challenge: One of the biggest challenges faced by the Atelier Ana Rita Soares team was to keep the refined architectural blueprint and transform it into a cosy and comfortable space without ever taking it away from its essence. After widespread research and some 3D renders, they brought this cosiness to the rooms using fabrics, pillows, accessories, and rugs (designed by them).
Research: They designed this house according to the client's taste, who appreciated contemporaneity, minimalist, and above all, sophistication. During this project, there were lots of interaction and a free communication channel between the Atelier and its client, resulting in a unique space.
Their work method consists of having a specialized team performing extensive research and 3D proposals on each project. They develop cohesive designs that mirror our client's perspectives, as well as their style and vision.
Inspiration: The Atelier Ana Rita Soares, known for its tailor-made projects, was challenged to develop a project for a whole villa. Their clients are hotel chain owners who enjoy receiving and entertaining people. They wanted an open floor print, prioritizing living spaces. Building a concept from that reality, the Atelier designed spaces that were city-inspired. During this project, they sketched it in an open-space style, and they included a biophilic design linking the city idea and the house's location.
Project Duration: This project started during the house construction in 2016, and they finished it in 2020. The house location is in Lisbon, Portugal.
Operation Flow: The entry hall is a warm welcome that separates the social areas: the living room area, from the dining room and kitchen, which centre around cooking and sharing.
The Atelier divided the living room into two sitting spaces with different purposes. The first one is to promote socializing around the tv area, while the second one, turned towards the garden, encourages relaxation and enjoyment of the view.
The bookcase is a linking element since it connects the living room to the home office on the second floor.
