«Հայ Հոուփս»-ը (High Hopes) բնակելի վիլլա է, կառուցված բլրալանջին՝ Իրանի Սպահան նահանգի Չադեգան քաղաքում։ Նախագիծն արտահայտում է երեք ժամանակաշրջան՝ անցյալ, ներկա և ապագա։ Հատակագիծը հետևում է Զայանդեհ գետից բխած գծերին, մինչդեռ ծավալը միավորում է լեռան ձևը իրանական կամարի հետ։ Ալգորիթմական մեթոդներ են կիրառվել՝ արձագանքելու արևին, քամուն, անձրևին, ձյան և լանջի թեքությանը։ Հովանոցները, բարձր պատուհանները և ապակե ատրիումը ներսում ապահովում են բնական լուսավորություն և օդափոխություն։ Աղյուսը, բետոնը, ICF բլոկները և հանքային ծածկույթները նվազեցնում են էներգիայի ծախսը մինչև 70 տոկոսով և բարելավում են երկրաշարժային կայունությունը։
