About Kaisa Yuebanshan Համայնքային կենտրոն

Kaisa Yuebanshan-ը համայնքային կենտրոն է Չժունշանում, Չինաստան։ Շենքը զբաղեցնում է 2100 քառակուսի մետր և կազմակերպված է երկու հարկերում։ Եռահարկ ծավալը միացնում է երկու տեռասներ, որոնց միջև բարձրության տարբերությունը մոտ չորս մետր է։ Նախագիծը հիմնված է տեղական Լինանի ճարտարապետության վրա՝ ներառելով ներքին բակային տարածքներ և կորագիծ պատեր։ Աղեղնաձև սպիտակ պատերը կրկնվում են՝ ճակատին հաղորդելով փափուկ և ռիթմիկ տեսք։ 12 մետրանոց թռիչքը և 5 մետրանոց կոնսոլը պահպանում են ինտերիերի բաց լինելը։ Երկու հարկերի հանրային տարածքները սպասարկում են առօրյա կյանքը և շրջանակում են հյուսիսում և հարավում բացվող լեռնային տեսարանները։

Unique Properties: According to the current situation of the site with a large elevation difference, a three-story volume is cleverly set up to connect two terraces with a height difference of about 4 meters horizontally, and the Community Center is defined as a two-story building. There is a public space on the two floors with different functions, giving it more life scenes.

Production Technology: In order to ensure the comfort of the space, a 12-meter large span structure and a 5-meter cantilever structure are adopted to increase the number and strength of secondary beams to control the clear height. The structure and shape of the second floor are designed in an integrated manner to hide the structure from the shape. Inside the column.
Design Challenge: Zhongshan Kaisa Yuebanshan Community Center creates a new space in terms of space. The small area combines the height difference of the site to design a two-story living complex that can accommodate the real daily life of residents. Taking full advantage of the natural landscape, the mountain view is introduced into the life of the residents. The building is like a container of time, which locks the scenery and places the soul.
Research: The designers modernized the combination of the traditional Sishuiguitang patio space with the traditional elements of the Lingnan arc-shaped wok and translated it into the building to create the main shape element of the facade-the arc-shaped wall. The soft shape is in harmony with the mountains on the north and south sides. , And then arrange the array of arc-shaped walls to create a sense of rhythm in the space.
Inspiration: The designers have excavated the local culture of Zhongshan and absorbed the architectural layout and cultural connotation of the Chen Family Ancestral Hall. They hope that the Life Aesthetics Hall will also have a multi-dimensional space to accommodate the daily real public life of the crowd. Based on the warm climate of Lingnan, architecture and landscape are closely related.
Project Duration: The project started in March 2020 in Zhongshan and finished in April 2021 in Zhongshan.
Operation Flow: The simple arc-shaped white wall encloses an independent display interface, which makes the building soft, supplemented by the faint lighting design, so that the whole picture has a sense of space and depth, and gives the building agile vitality.
