About The Normal Cafe Սրճարանի ինտերիերի դիզայն
Normal Cafe-ն սրճարանի ինտերիեր է Թայպեյում, Թայվան։ Սկզբնական տարածքը նեղ և երկար է, իսկ սյուները բաժանում են հատակագիծը։ Կոր գիծը անցնում է մուտքից մինչև խանութի հետնամասը և միաձուլվում է հաշվարկային մասին, որը կազմում է դիզայնի հիմքը։ Հայելիները ծածկում են հաշվարկային մասի կողքին գտնվող սյուները՝ տեսողական խոչընդոտները նվազեցնելու համար։ Կապույտ մոզաիկա սալիկները, մոխրագույն երանգները և փայտի հյուսվածքները հանդիսանում են հիմնական նյութերը, իսկ կապույտ քարե մակերես է դրված կոր հաշվարկային մասի վրա։ Սարքավորումները տեղակայված են հաշվարկային մասի տակ, այնպես որ էսպրեսո համակարգը և թխման գործընթացը մնում են տեսանելի։

- Unique Properties
- Intend to use the curved shape to connect and link the space, trying to merge the curved design with the counter which is the core of the coffee shop.The curved line stretches from the entrance to the end of the shop. Mirrors are used to cover the columns standing inside the counter for the sake of minimizing visual barriers. These efforts weaken the limitation of the building layout and free the customers’ view to flow around.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The main equipment for running a coffee shop, such as refrigerators, coffee machines, central water filtration systems, storage space, are all placed in the cabinet under the counter. The location of each device is planned in consideration of the brewing process. The circular flow model enables two or more baristas working smoothly at the same time and perfectly meets the needs for storage. For the purpose of keeping the counter top tidy, only the mod bar espresso system which requires relatively simple brewing process is being exhibited.

- The blue mosaic tiles, gray color and wood texture are the main elements of the design. Blue stone table on the curved counter is one of the highlights of the space. The wood texture on the ceiling creates a warm atmosphere, and the lighting around it further extends the visual space.
- Design Challenge
- The original space is narrow and long, and the columns in the middle makes the space even more restricted and scattered. We intend to use the curved shape to connect and link the space, trying to merge the curved design with the counter which is the core of the coffee shop. By integrating all the essential functions under the counter, the simple counter top allows the customers and baristas to focus on the process of brewing coffee without being interrupted by other unnecessary items.
- Research
- Emphasize the visual experience of coffee brewing process. The coffee machine is not just a device for making drinks, it is also a symbol of quality.The first thing is the barista. The process of makes coffee is then transformed into a performance on stage.
- Inspiration
- For the purpose of responding the logo of the shop and the idea of latte art,adopt curve line as the major element of our design. The rich layers and smooth lines of the entire space lead the customers’ eyes to the end of the shop gradually.Create an atmosphere in the way of conveying the essence of coffee. Main focus of the whole shop lays upon the Modbar Espresso System on the counter, where people can see how the baristas work directly from outside.

- What makes this coffee shop different from others is that we emphasize the visual experience of coffee brewing process. The coffee machine is not just a device for making drinks, it is also a symbol of quality. When we visit this shop, the first thing we see is the barista. The process of how he or she makes coffee is then transformed into a performance on stage.
