Casa Della Quercia-ն միընտանիք վիլլա է, կառուցված բլրալանջի հրաշալի տեսարան ունեցող տարածքում՝ դարավոր կաղնու կողքին։ Երկրի մակերևույթից վեր գտնվող միակ հարկը զբաղեցնում է 105 քառակուսի մետր տարածք և ներառում է երկու ննջասենյակ, խոհանոց, ընդարձակ հյուրասենյակ և երկու սանհանգույց։ Լողավազանը տեղակայված է պաշտպանված հետնամասի բակում, որտեղ միկրոկլիման հարմար է միջսեզոնային օգտագործման համար, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս առջևի բացատին մնալ բաց։ Կենտրոնական լուսավոր հորանն ապահովում է լույս և օդ ստորգետնյա հարկի սենյակների համար։ Պատերի հաստությունը կազմում է 53 սանտիմետր՝ 16 սանտիմետր ջերմամեկուսացումով, իսկ ջերմային պոմպն ապահովում է հատակային ջեռուցում և հովացում։ Հարթ տանիքը հեշտացնում է շենքի սպասարկումը։

To reduce summer radiation, the large windows have a custom designed sliding dark wood system. There is also a sunscreen on the southwestern facade.
The house, like the nest, communicates with the outside without being invasive but protective.
Ոգեշնչում: The Italian rationalist houses of the thirties were the inspiration behind the design. The simple volume has been designed to avoid thermal dispersions. The flat roof allows for easy maintenance. The careful study of the interiors has allowed the creation of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, 2 bathrooms in just 105 m2. Large windows for a feeling of continuity between inside and out. On one side the panorama and on the other a vast sheltered space.

The implementation of the project began in 2016 in February and the end of the works was completed towards the end of 2017; the planting of the garden with the planting of shrubs, perennials, bulbs, fruit trees was completed in 2019 and still continues with the implementation of species.
