About Rebirth of The Rust Belt Կոնֆերանս Կենտրոնի Շենքը

Համաշխարհային արդյունաբերական ինտերնետ կոնֆերանսի կոնֆերանս կենտրոնը գտնվում է Շենյանում՝ ավանդական ծանր արդյունաբերության քաղաքում, որը հայտնի է որպես ժանգոտ գոտի Չինաստանում: Շենքը քաղաքը վերակենդանացնելու ջանքերի մի մասն է։ Այն հիմնականում բաժանվել է երկու մասի՝ կոնֆերանսի և ցուցահանդեսային մասի։ Կոնֆերանսի մասը նախագծված է գլանաձև ձևով, որն ունի նման ծավալ և կառուցվածք, ինչ նախկինում տարածքում գոյություն ունեցող գործարանի օբյեկտները: Ցուցահանդեսային մասը ալյումինե պանել վարագույրով ստեղծում է տեխնոլոգիական տեսք, որը նոր տեսողական փորձ է հաղորդում հին արդյունաբերական տարածքին:

Unique Properties: An exhibition and conference building.
Different from other conference centers in China,it does not adopt a huge volume and a axisymmetric layout, but fully respects the local tradition, with soft curved shapes and building materials, it can continue the traditional memory, and be friendly to the public. It also provides sufficient outdoor space for citizens.It's a green building. The comprehensive energy consumption is reduced by 72% compared with regular buildings.

Design Challenge: Respect local traditions and contexts while constructing a brand new large public building.
Inspiration: The design was inspired by an abandoned factory that existed near the site. The shape of the building has a certain similarity with the industrial equipment in the factory. The facade adopts weathering steel plates and aluminum plate curtain wall. We wish to carry out

urban renewal while maintaining the local industrial context, and create a good environment

for the local area with a brand new yet traditional building.
Project Duration: The project started in October 2020 finished in August 2021 in Shenyang.
