Ուգու շուկան ժամանակակից հանրային շուկայի ինտերիեր է Նոր Թայբեյում, Թայվան։ 2327 քառակուսի մետր տարածքը զբաղեցնում է նախկինում չօգտագործվող բազմահարկ ավտոկայանատեղիի առաջին հարկը։ Կրպակները բաժանված են հում և եփած սննդի գոտիների՝ կառավարումն ու հիգիենիկ վերահսկողությունը պարզեցնելու համար։ Թարմ մթերքի հատվածում օգտագործվում են սառեցվող ցուցափեղկեր և ցածր ջերմաստիճանով մսի մշակման տարածք։ Եփած սննդի հատվածում օդի մաքրման համար կիրառվում է էլեկտրաստատիկ ծխի հեռացման համակարգ։ Հատակը ծածկված է սահքին դիմադրող սալիկներով։ Բնական բետոնի երանգներն ու փայտի հյուսվածքով վանդակաճաղերը հիշեցնում են տեղական կանաչ բամբուկի ընձյուղներն ու բամբուկի անտառները։

Արտադրության տեխնոլոգիա: The stalls use the raw and cooked separation mode to optimize business management. The fresh area introduces refrigerated display cabinets and divides the low-temperature meat processing area to provide a clean environment for processing raw food, while reducing the deterioration caused during transportation and display, so that the food can be delivered to consumers in the freshest condition; the cooked food area is set the electrostatic oil fume system reduces oil fume pollution and purifies the air inside the market.
