It also features voice controlled emergency alarms, one click 911 dialling, and trip sharing to boost nighttime commuting safety.

Through research, Igo was designed with a simple intuitive interface and an optimized onboarding process. External challenges included adapting to existing transit laws and integrating real time data. Overcoming these obstacles ensured a seamless affordable and inclusive mobility solution.

Using qualitative and quantitative methods, researchers conducted 50 surveys and 10 interviews. The findings highlighted long commutes, high costs, and safety concerns. These insights guided the development of optimized routes, real time tracking, and job integration, creating a more accessible, efficient, and opportunity driven transit system.

Additionally, intelligent interactions such as simple onboarding, smart icons, and route visualization maps ensure a smooth and convenient user experience.
