Ji Xiang Dao-ն բազմաֆունկցիոնալ վաճառքի կենտրոն է Թայվանի Թայբեյ քաղաքում։ Շենքը գործում է որպես փոքրամասշտաբ հանրախանութ՝ միավորելով սննդի, մանրածախ առևտրի, ժամանցի և մշակութային միջոցառումների գործառույթները։ Սկզբնական կառուցվածքը պահպանվել է և ստացել նոր առևտրային գործառույթներ։ Ընդլայնված մետաղական ցանցից պատրաստված ճակատը և երկշերտ պատերը մեղմացնում են շենքի ծավալը՝ հավասարակշռելով թափանցիկությունն ու ամրությունը։ Կենտրոնական բակը և հստակ անցուղիներն ուղղորդում են այցելուներին և կապում ներքին ու արտաքին տարածքները։ Երկհարկանի շենքն ունի պողպատե կարկաս, իսկ ընդհանուր հատակի մակերեսը կազմում է 2,670 քառակուսի մետր։

Expanded metal mesh softens the building’s mass and sets it apart from typical department stores. A central courtyard enhances circulation and retail activity. Since opening, it has attracted locals and celebrities alike, becoming a lively hub that encourages photography, social sharing, and strong foot traffic.
Մարտահրավեր: Located near a major commercial district in Taipei, this sales center faced the challenge of low foot traffic. To address this, the design team created a people-friendly, mixed-use commercial space aimed at drawing public attention. The expanded metal mesh facade balances transparency and solidity, softening the building’s mass and contrasting with the imposing feel of typical department stores. Eye-catching exteriors and varied circulation successfully attract visitors.
Հետազոտություն: This project applied spatial design research to turn a traditional sales center into a vibrant, inclusive community hub. By integrating dining, retail, performances, and events around a central courtyard, it encouraged flow and interaction. Using human-centered methods and foot traffic studies, the team created a lively space that drew families and cultural groups. Sales hit 50 percent in a month, with high media exposure and strong public engagement.
