Ultima նախագծի դիզայնում լույսի հոսքը սենյակների միջով, համադրված հարթ, հոսուն գծերի և բնական հյուսվածքների հետ, տարածությանը կյանք է հաղորդում: Յուրաքանչյուր մանրուք, պլանավորումից մինչև վերջնամշակում, մանրակրկիտ մտածված է՝ ստեղծելու անձնական, ոճային և ջերմությամբ լի տուն: Պատուհանի մոտ ցածր նստարանը հարմարավետ վայր է տրամադրում նստելու և տեսարանները վայելելու համար, իսկ պայծառ օրերին այն առաջարկում է Հոնկոնգի շլացուցիչ գիշերային լույսերի շնչարգելու տեսարան:

Արտադրության տեխնոլոգիա: The layout is designed to create an open, comfortable, and stylish living space. In the living room, marble is used for the flooring and walls, giving it a clean, sophisticated look. The high quality leather walls, marble platform, wooden veneer furniture, and a mix of different stones and metals come together to express the home’s unique character. Italian furniture and lighting fixtures further enhance the sleek, elegant feel of the public areas.
Մարտահրավեր: Due to the relatively narrow size of the Hong Kong residence, how to effectively plan a living environment suitable for a family of four within this 190 square meters of space became the challenge of this project. Throughout the design process, through communication with the owner, reasonable space planning is incorporated, while combining with the preferences of the occupants, the conceptual residence is realized through color materials and so on.
Հետազոտություն: In the living room, an L-shaped sofa was chosen not only to provide ample space for family gatherings but also because one side faces the window, offering a direct view of the stunning Victoria Harbour.

The way light flows through the rooms, combined with smooth, flowing lines and natural textures, brings the space to life. Every detail, from the layout to the finishes, is carefully considered to create a home that feels personal, stylish, and full of warmth.
Նախագծի տևողություն: This project is located in Hong Kong, China, with a design start date of 06/15/2022 and a completion date of 12/23/2023.
Գործարկման ընթացք: The large windows let in plenty of natural light, blurring the line between inside and outside, and giving the whole place a feeling of openness. The modern design combines marble with materials like jade stone and steel, starting from the entrance with its eye-catching combination of jade tile and blue sandstone.
