«Սոճուց դեպի ծով» («Pine to Sea») էկոհյուրանոցի և լանդշաֆտային հատակագծի նախագիծ է, որը գտնվում է Իտալիայի Լինյանոյի սոճու անտառում։ Նախագիծը համատեղում է հյուրընկալությունը ափամերձ փխրուն միջավայրի վերականգնման հետ։ Բարձրացված կաբինաները տեղադրված են նվազագույն ազդեցություն ունեցող պողպատե հիմքերի վրա, իսկ բարձրացված զբոսուղիները այցելուներին առաջնորդում են վերականգնված ճահճային տարածքներով և դիտարկման հարթակներով։ Թեթև փայտամած, մոդուլային նախապատրաստված կառուցվածքներ, կենսահիմքով ջերմամեկուսիչ նյութեր և ջրաթափանցիկ մակերեսներ կիրառվում են՝ տարածքին հասցվող վնասը սահմանափակելու համար։ Անձրևաջրերի հավաքումը, պասիվ օդափոխությունը և արևային էներգիան նվազեցնում են էներգիայի սպառումը։ Հատակագիծն ընդգրկում է 12,000 քառակուսի մետր տարածք։
