Greystone Առանձնատուն դիզայնի մասին
Greystone-ը առանձնատուն է, որը գտնվում է Ջիդդայում, Սաուդյան Արաբիա։ Դիզայնը միավորում է մինիմալիստական ձևերը բնության հետ սերտ կապի հետ։ Հստակ գծերը և մոխրագույն քարի, փայլատ ընկուզենու փայտի ու գունատ սպիտակ ծեփի գունապնակը սահմանում են արտաքին տեսքը։ Մեծ կրկնակի ապակեպատ պատուհանները ներս են բերում բնական լույս և յուրաքանչյուր սենյակից շրջանակում բնապատկերի տեսարանները։ Առաջին հարկում գտնվում են ընդունելության, ճաշասենյակի և առօրյա կենցաղային տարածքները, մինչդեռ ննջասենյակները տեղակայված են երկրորդ հարկում՝ գաղտնիության համար։ Բացօթյա տախտակամածը՝ նստատեղերով, լողավազանը և մարզասրահը ընդլայնում են բնակելի տարածքը։ Առանձին մուտքերը ծառայում են ընտանիքին, հյուրերին և այգուն։

This design fosters a serene and inviting atmosphere, seamlessly connecting indoor & outdoor.

Outdoor zones feature a pool and gym, encouraging an active lifestyle. The first floor houses private bedrooms, ensuring tranquility. This thoughtful zoning promotes seamless flow and enhances the overall living experience.
