Բարձր տունը ուղղահայաց լրացնող բնակարան է Հյուսթոնի նեղ, ժառանգաբար պահպանված հողակտորի վրա։ Երկու դարսված ծավալներ կազմակերպում են հինգ մակարդակ բնակեցում՝ փողոցից մինչև տանիք, միաժամանակ ապահովելով պասիվ հովացում։ Երրորդ մակարդակում գտնվող օդանցքը լույս և օդ է բերում հատվածով՝ հնարավորություն տալով խաչաձև օդափոխության և ծխնելույզի էֆեկտով օդի շարժին։ Գետնախարսխի մակարդակի վարձակալելի առանձնասենյակը ավելացնում է ճկունություն, իսկ արդյունաբերական նյութերի ընտրությունը խարսխում է տունը իր խիտ քաղաքային միջավայրում։
