About Pop Star Instalasi Seni, Platform Pandang
Pop Star adalah sebuah instalasi seni sekaligus platform pandang yang didasarkan pada bentuk geometris ikosahedron. Karya ini dibangun sebagai struktur baja dengan ukuran 15000 mm pada setiap arah. Bentuknya diturunkan dari mata majemuk seekor insekta, yang diperbesar hingga skala di luar jangkauan pembacaan visual manusia normal. Pengunjung dapat memasuki area tengah dan memandang hamparan ladang di sekelilingnya. Dari luar, volume karya ini tampak masif dan megah, sementara ruang di dalamnya terasa tenang dan terlingkupi. Pop Star dirancang di Beijing pada tahun 2019 dan diselesaikan di Shanghai pada tahun 2020.

- Pop Star is based on the geometric shape of the icosahedron. Through the deconstruction of space and the reconstruction of form, the artist finally constructed this 'monster' with a huge volume that exceeds the human visual reading scale, like an alien object flying in from another dimension of time and space. Viewers could feel the association between the Pop Star and transcendental theory that Ralph Waldo Emerson said: The world globes itself in a drop of dew.
