About Agile Shanqin Bay Desain Interior Hunian

Agile Shanqin Bay adalah sebuah desain interior hunian yang berlokasi di Wanning, Provinsi Hainan, Tiongkok. Rumah ini memiliki luas 360 meter persegi dan ditata sedemikian rupa sehingga setiap lantainya terbuka ke arah laut. Jendela Prancis berukuran besar di ruang makan menghadirkan panorama laut ke dalam ruangan, sementara dapur terbuka memungkinkan penggunaan yang fleksibel. Pelapis kayu dan marmer menggemakan warna perairan di luar. Ruang-ruangnya disusun secara berselang bebas, dan kamar tidur menjorok ke arah pesisir. Gaya resor minimalis ini dimaksudkan untuk menciptakan hunian tepi pantai yang tenang dan elegan.

Unique Properties: The design aims to let every corner of the home embrace an open view to outdoor beautiful seascape.
The large-scale French window in the dining room brings outdoor sea view into the interior. The open kitchen is flexible, and the wooden veneers and marbles echo with the ocean view outside the window, together embodying a natural concept.

Design Challenge: In consideration of local weather conditions and environment, residential and viewing needs, and family's life structure, the project sets spacious living room, bedrooms and balcony, which provide an open view to the sea. The design is intended to create an elegant space that fits into a beachside lifestyle, from the perspectives of storage, health, happiness, techniques, convenience and intelligence, so as to provide occupants with an artistic, comfortable travel experience.
Research: CLV.DESIGN's vacation residences reflect its design concept. The design team is always committed to endowing design with affinity and warmth, and to exploring an ideal form of living space based on the needs of clients. The team encourages everyone to practice their own unique life aesthetics to enrich the inner world. The team well integrates the design into the beautiful natural scenery of Hainan.
Inspiration: Wanning, a coastal city in Hainan Province, is a new popular vacation destination. It enjoys favorable geographical and natural conditions, and is an ideal place to live in.
We hope to create a tranquil, natural and exquisite living space here, which features new life aesthetics that encourage people to return to the essence of life, so as to replace noisy, artificial, and vulgar short-stay vacation experiences.

Operation Flow: The design adopts a minimalist resort style, highlighting a strong regional feature.
The spaces are organized in a freely staggered manner, and the bedroom protrudes towards the sea. The design makes sure that each floor embraces a wonderful view of the ocean. The open design provides a broader view, and occupants can commune with the sea even in the living room and dining room, which offers dwellers a happy living experience.
