About Guangzhou Gemdale China Chic Pusat Penjualan

China Chic adalah sebuah pusat penjualan di Guangzhou, Provinsi Guangdong, Tiongkok. Interiornya seluas 688 meter persegi dan membantu pengunjung mengenal sebuah proyek hunian yang baru dibangun. Rencana pembangunan secara keseluruhan dipaparkan, dan calon pembeli dapat berkonsultasi dengan staf penjualan sebelum melakukan pembelian. Desainnya memadukan budaya klasik Kanton dengan arsitektur kontemporer. Batu Lingnan, bunga kapuk, teh oolong, dan sulaman Guangdong ditafsirkan ulang melalui seni modern. Pagar yang dilapisi film bermotif serat kayu digunakan pada area lobi dan area negosiasi sebagai finishing berbiaya rendah dan ramah lingkungan.

Unique Properties: CHINA CHIC is a hometown dedicated to guangzhou city, a place to reproduce the memory of hometown. The elegant new oriental aesthetic demonstration area of CHINA CHIC in Gemdale is built with the idea of high mountains and flowing water and colorful clouds chasing the moon, which everywhere reflects the blending beauty of classical culture and contemporary architecture. It’s a gift to those who have enthusiasm for guangzhou's urban culture.

Production Technology: The fence wrapped with wood grain film has low cost and environmental protection. It is widely used in the lobby and negotiation area.
Design Challenge: How do we define and lead the future way of life belonging to the new city with design?Guangzhou is a highly complex organism. With the passage of years, it is constantly changing and metabolizing itself. Various material and non-material elements with cultural significance in the urban area carry the historical and cultural context and spirit of a city in the form of space. In order to interpret"national trend", whether"deconstructing" tradition or "inheriting"innovation, it will move towards to "sense of future". Through the multi-dimensional understanding of Guangzhou city, the design light spot is to retain the Lingnan stone, kapok, oolong tea and Guangdong embroidery with Cantonese rhyme with innovative modern art.
Inspiration: While continuing the cultural life of the original guangzhou city, we also noticed that compared with the past, contemporary people have more diversified use needs for space. therefore, we implanted the new meaning and functions given by space, so that culture can better play its role as a magnet, enhance the vitality of the site, form highly creative visual expression and sensory experience, and link the urban mark of new art presentation and geographical culture.
Project Duration: The project is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. It takes about six months to finish the construction.
Operation Flow: The sales center is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
