Tentang Sorkhroud Seaside Town Desain Perkotaan

Proyek Seaside Town didefinisikan oleh lima jenis vila, yang masing-masing memiliki ciri khas tersendiri yang membedakannya dari yang lain. Namun pada saat yang sama, ide dan program fisiknya mengikuti prinsip yang hampir sama. Dengan bantuan setiap orientasi volume, semua vila mendapatkan keuntungan dari pemandangan kota dan laut. Sedangkan untuk masalah privasi berdasarkan lokasi dan budaya yang disediakan situs, diharuskan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap bangunan dan pemandangannya tidak mengganggu privasi atau pemandangan vila lain, bangunan-bangunan tersebut berdekatan satu sama lain hanya dengan satu ketinggian yang tidak memiliki pintu mana pun.

Keunikan: In this project, with the help of volume’s rotations, all villas benefit from suitable views and lots of perspective . Neighbors do not have view to one another.(they turn their back on each other.)While each unit is formed in the relation to it’s neighbors and together they form a coherent and unit puzzle, in such a way that if even one villa is removed from the site, the coherence of the complex will be lost.
Dimensi & Kemasan: This project is located in sorkhroud city in north of the Iran. It is designed in a 48000 m² land(420m * 130m) & includes 71 villa units (including 6 main types ) .every villa´s land is about 500 m² . all of them are formed in 3 floors & have an area of 450 m².

Teknologi Produksi: In this project, our emphasis has been on the relationship between surfaces and forms.Therefore, the purity of the volumes was very important and because of that, micro cement is used for the final layer to create a pure and white coating
Tantangan Desain: .one of the most important challenge that we faced to it `we need too many parkings limits for villas during vacations . We placed some of them in the remaining space between all 4 modules that were combined. Therefore, both positive and negative spaces are combined and complement each other
Riset: we researched about the climate & tried to find a way to use air circulation for decreasing hiumidity by spacing villas. Also the rotation of volumetric masses has been formed due to have wider perspective.
Inspirasi: In a villa town, one of the most important things is the scenic view, and at the same time to block the neighbor ’s view to the inner space. So we use rigidity and rotation to achieve both
Durasi Proyek: this project is designd in may 2021 & the construction began in february in the north of the iran & is set to end the next 2 years
Alur Operasi: In creation of an architectural plan of the seaside town, with consideration of facing a set of volumetric masses; at the beginning, our confrontation with volumes was in a narrative way as if volumes are figures which were formed in the reaction of one another and also the formation of surfaces has been abstracted from the social interaction of their masses
