About City Archipelago Rencana Induk Distrik Perkotaan

City Archipelago adalah rencana distrik perkotaan untuk lahan seluas 15 hektar di Subpusat Zhenru, Distrik Putuo, Shanghai. Rencana ini mengubah bekas kawasan brownfield menjadi distrik campuran dengan fungsi perkantoran, hunian, dan inovasi digital. Area air dan ruang hijau berperan sebagai infrastruktur hijau yang membantu mengelola banjir akibat hujan badai serta meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan sehari-hari di kota. Bangunan-bangunan hijau ditata dalam pola renggang sehingga membentuk pulau-pulau. Fasilitas layanan bisnis di sepanjang jalan utama kota mengurangi kebisingan dan gangguan visual.

Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
