About FPT Camera Play Kamera Keamanan

Play adalah kamera keamanan rumah untuk penggunaan dalam ruangan yang dirancang bagi hunian. Bodinya terbuat dari plastik ABS bertekstur matte dengan ukuran lebar 69 mm, kedalaman 69 mm, dan tinggi 110,85 mm. Proporsinya mengikuti rasio emas (golden ratio), sementara garis-garis yang bersih dan warna-warna netral mencerminkan prinsip desain Skandinavia. Dudukan silikon dan koneksi WiFi memungkinkan pemasangan yang mudah di ruangan mana pun. Aplikasi yang terhubung menawarkan fitur panning hingga 355 derajat, komunikasi dua arah, dan pengenalan wajah. Video direkam secara real time dan disimpan di cloud.

Unique Properties: Most cameras on the market have poor designs, causing users to feel uncomfortable and intimidated due to their rough and prominent shapes. However, the design of the Play is both functional and visually pleasing, making it suitable for modern architectural spaces. With a focus on appearance, it increases its appeal and positioning as a decorative item. The design philosophy of Ambient Intelligence incorporates the golden ratio - Fibonacci to promote contentment and facilitate easy living.

5. Mutually adjusted core principles: balance, alignment, hierarchy, harmony…
Design Challenge: The creative challenges and the obstacles are that we not only balance the production feasibility and the technology but also ensure the aesthetics. Furthermore, each user has a different standard regarding aesthetics. This is a real challenge for us to develop a camera that can fit users' tastes. We have spent around 5.000 hours to work from idea, sketch, mockup and do EVT, DVT to final product. For software, we use AI technology and cloud computing to get the best features and best customer experience. Moreover, we use Ambient designs which we think will meet the current modern lifestyle trend.
Beside, we also use a safety material for the housing – ABS plastic.

Inspiration: The Play camera design takes its core inspiration from Scandinavian design, focusing on simplicity, minimalism, and functionality. It aims to complement the art of living well by promoting a simple home environment filled with quality items and enhancing an unencumbered lifestyle that is free from excessive consumerism.

The design is a result of the designer's passion for product development. This new camera meets the criteria for the current trend of intelligence and elegance in product design
Project Duration: The project started in September 2021, finished in February 2023 in Vietnam.
We have just launched this FPT Camera Play on March, 28th, 2023 and it will be selling in Vietnam from this April.
Operation Flow: The Play camera is equipped with WiFi connection and a silicone stand, enabling easy installation and placement anywhere. Once the camera is plugged in and the WiFi button is pressed, users can control it through the FPT Camera multi-platform app. This app offers many functions, including panning up to 355 degrees, 2-way talk, face recognition, guard zone, and more. The Sony image sensor offers Full HD quality. Video data is recorded in real-time and stored safely and securely on the cloud.
