Tentang Trip of Tea Ilustrasi

Trip of Tea adalah sepasang ilustrasi yang dibuat untuk sebuah perusahaan teh Tiongkok. Kedua karya ini terinspirasi oleh dua jalur pengangkutan teh bersejarah, yaitu Jalur Teh Sepuluh Ribu Mil dan Jalur Sutra Maritim. Seekor kuda yang diambil dari logo klien hadir sebagai kurir di sepanjang masing-masing jalur. Bentuk setiap kuda dan motif pada pelananya berubah untuk mencerminkan ciri khas kota atau kawasan tujuan. Adegan tradisi minum teh dari berbagai negara turut ditampilkan. Ilustrasi digambar tangan menggunakan tablet dan terbentang sebagai gulungan bersusun yang cocok untuk poster, kartu pos, dan berbagai penggunaan lainnya.

Keunikan: These two works are illustration designs created for the famous Chinese tea company "Bama Tea". We combined the most conspicuous horse element in the client's company logo and applied it to the illustration, using it as the main body and the theme of "Revisiting the Road to Tea", with the horse element running through it. It is worth noting that different images of horses and saddles vary, combining different characteristics of tourist destinations and drawing in depth different countries and regions. The entire picture is unfolded in a tiled form to facilitate subsequent graphic promotion and use.
Dimensi & Kemasan: The size displayed as a separate illustration work is 3.84m*0.76m using giclee technology. Commercial applications vary in size depending on the type.

Teknologi Produksi: The illustrations are created on photoshop using a hand-drawn tablet. This long reel accommodates most size applications. These three parts can be used alone or in conjunction with other derivatives for subsequent commercial applications, such as postcards, posters and other creative works.
Tantangan Desain: The difficulty in creating this illustration lies in the combination of tea cultures from different countries. It is necessary to avoid cluttering the picture and maintain a unified style without losing its characteristics.
Riset: Reference is made to the tea culture of different countries and regions in history, and the entrepreneurial background of the client company is integrated with it. A large number of tea drinking scenes from different countries are integrated into the illustrations to show the tea culture of different countries, and are connected by horses in different postures. The illustrations are colorful and harmonious.
Inspirasi: The two illustrations are inspired by the two tea transportation routes in Chinese history, namely the "Ten Thousand Miles Tea Road" and the "Maritime Silk Road", using horses as messengers throughout the route of the Ten Thousand Miles Tea Road.
Durasi Proyek: The project started in Beijing in August 2022 and was completed in Beijing in December 2022
