Tentang Whale 0 Bantal
Whale 0 adalah bantal yang dibentuk mengikuti tubuh ramping seekor ikan paus. Bentuk lengkungnya menopang kepala, wajah, dan leher, serta menyesuaikan diri dengan posisi tidur telentang, menyamping, maupun tengkurap. Bantal ini dibuat dari poliol karbon dioksida dan poliol minyak sayur nabati, yang mengurangi penggunaan bahan bakar fosil dan meningkatkan sifat mudah terurai secara biologis. Proses pembentukan busa dilakukan sepenuhnya dengan tiupan air (water blown foaming). Materialnya bersifat hidrofilik, sehingga permukaannya tetap kering dan mampu bernapas. Bentuk ikan paus ini dimaksudkan untuk menghadirkan rasa tenang, damai, dan aman di dalam kamar tidur.

- The artistic pillow with a unique bionic whale shaped design emotionally gives a sense of peace and safety. It can perfectly adapt to various sleeping positions, which well fits and supports the head, face and neck. Carbon dioxide polyol and natural bio vegetable oil polyols as main materials align with the idea of environmental protection. The distinctive materials, and the fully water blown green foaming process, offering users a 0 pressure comfortable sleeping experience.

- Carbon dioxide is captured to react with propylene oxide under a special catalyst, so as to produce poly propylenecarbonatepolyol, namely carbon dioxide polyol, greatly reducing the dependence on fossil fuels.
The use of bio vegetable oil polyols leads to excellent biodegradability.
The fully water blown green foaming process further improves the comfort and safety, providing a 0 pressure sleeping experience for users. - Tantangan Desain

- The design team, utilizing the knowledge of materials science, bionics and ergonomics, has successfully developed a environmentally friendly, comfortable and healthy new pillow. The tests show that the pillow can significantly improve the sleeping quality of users, satisfy their emotional needs, and ease the environmental burden. The innovative materials coupled with the bionic design provide new ideas and new directions for the design of modern home products.
- Inspirasi
- The pillow draws inspiration from whales swimming in the ocean, which, as a large and gentle creature, symbolize peace and protection. The whale shaped pillow is expected to bring the vastness and tranquility of the ocean to the bedroom, making every sleep become a spiritual voyage. Taking into account the streamlined body of whales, the pillow shape is further optimized to ensure that the pillow provides the optimum comfort and support for users regardless of sleeping positions.

- The product started its design in October, 2023 in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, and will be launched in September, 2024 in China, America, Germany, Japan, etc.

- The design fully considers convenience of use. The unique ergonomic whale shaped pillow, through meticulous adjustments to the shape, can flexibly adapt to various sleeping positions like sleeping on the stomach, back or side. Thanks to its materials and structure, it can perfectly fit and support the head, face and neck, avoiding the discomfort during sleep. The materials, also featuring outstanding hydrophilic properties, are dry, crisp and breathable, ensuring a more comfortable experience.
