About Restful Desain Aplikasi Seluler

Production Technology: Restful was designed with Figma, using user-centered design methodologies, A/B testing, and iterative prototyping.
Design Challenge: The biggest challenge was balancing aesthetic appeal with functional accessibility. The day-to-night UI transition required extensive color testing to ensure smooth visual adaptation without abrupt shifts. Another challenge was integrating science-backed sleep and meditation principles into an interface that felt intuitive and engaging while minimizing cognitive load. Ensuring readability and inclusivity for diverse user demographics was also a key focus.
Research: This project involved qualitative research, usability testing, and color psychology studies to understand meditation and sleep behaviors. The research explored habit formation, cognitive load reduction, and engagement patterns, using semi-structured interviews with 14 participants. These findings shaped the app's adaptive interface and content personalization strategies.
Inspiration: Restful draws from behavioral psychology, sleep therapy techniques, and meditation practices to provide a holistic, user-centered experience. It is designed to nurture mental and physical well-being, offering tailored content for both adults and children. By creating a calming bedtime ritual, Restful fosters long-term wellness, helping users achieve deeper rest and a more balanced life.
