About Longer Printer UV Desktop

Longer ePrint adalah printer UV desktop yang dirancang untuk kreator individu dan studio kecil. Printer ini menggunakan mesin dengan dua printhead dan 12 kanal tinta, di mana lima kanal menangani CMYK beserta varnish dan tujuh kanal lainnya dapat dikonfigurasi. Pencetakan dapat dilakukan pada lebih dari 300 material, termasuk kayu, logam, akrilik, plastik, film, dan kain. Emboss tiga dimensi setinggi hingga 60 mm menambahkan detail bertekstur. Unique Properties: As the first dualhead personal desktop UV printer in the world, Longer ePrint is designed for creators seeking high fidelity and lifelike images and high material compatibility. Its integrated desktop design reduces size by 95 percent while retaining industrial grade performance. It creates a new product category with lower space requirements, cost, and usage barriers, marking a pioneering milestone in the industry.

Production Technology: The printer features the first personal UV engine with dual printhead and 12 ink channels in the world. Five channels handle CMYK with varnish and seven channels are fully configurable.

Design Challenge: Its dual printhead, high precision UV engine reproduces lifelike visual and tactile detail. With 12 ink channels, its flat printing speed is increased by 1.5 to 2 times, reserving ample ink channel space for 3D embossing. The Longer ePrint supports up to 60 mm high 3D UV embossing, giving images a 3D look, perfect for art and craft creation. An end to end AI workflow simplifies the entire process. The all in one printing solution works with various accessories to support various use cases.
Research: Traditional UV printers are large, expensive, and complex to use, designed mainly for industrial use. As creators demand higher precision and more versatile printing, and as individuals and small studios seek efficient creative tools, the market calls for a desktop UV printer designed for personal and small studio use, giving rise to this product.
Inspiration: Longer ePrint responds to needs of creators for a compact, high precision, and versatile printer, breaking the limitations of conventional UV printers such as bulky size and complex operation. For the first time, DTF UV printing technology is made accessible to individual users and small studios, providing creators with a more convenient and efficient tool.
Project Duration: Designed and developed in Shenzhen in May 2025, the project was launched in China on November 26, 2025.
