The epidemic not only caused people to lack exercise and their resistance gradually declined, but also caused people to panic. Exercise can help us keep fit, and it also produces dopamine, which makes people feel happy. Vitality can help people exercise in the limited space at home.
- Inspiration
- At the beginning of 2020, the new crown epidemic suddenly struck. During this long period of epidemic, many people were closed at home, and working from home became the normal life. The epidemic prevented people from going out to exercise, and also brought diseases and panic to people. Based on the impact of the epidemic, we are exploring how people can better exercise at home in small apartments, which has inspired the inspiration of home fitness benches.
