- Production Technology
- TOOLLESS cabinets use connectors that pre-insert panels at the production stage, allowing users to simply press or slide panels together to complete assembly. This connector uses the principle of elastic deformation and can be repeatedly disassembled and reassembled, thereby extending the service life of the furniture. This feature makes it suitable for repositioning or correcting assembly errors. - Design Challenge

Through the repeated study of our structure, we have solved its stability problem.
- Research
- The installation of traditional panel furniture is more complicated, and professionals are required to arrange packaging without error. Our TOOLLESS cabinet brings the most simple and understandable packaging to users, so that our cabinets can be reused many times. The key technology is its connector, in our research, we tried many new materials and new processes, and finally selected plastic connector, the structure is strong, stable, low-cost, and it is reusable.
- Inspiration
- "Toolless" also champions sustainability. It allows for repeated disassembly and assembly without causing damage to furniture, which extends the furniture's lifespan and prevents waste of resources.
Finally, "Toolless" refines furniture structures and adopts flat packaging, resulting in improved time and cost efficiencies for manufacturers. - Project Duration
- The project began in November 2023 in Shenzhen, China, and ended in April 2024 in Shenzhen, China, with an exhibition at Paris Maison & Objet Bally in August 2024.

- The modern style TOOLLESS cabinet can be matched with a variety of home environments, which supports the user to disassemble the furniture several times when moving, in order to extend the service life of the product.
