We met when we were in college. When I graduated (Nicolle), I already knew I wanted to open an office and I invited Katherine to be my partner. We founded NK at a very young age, newly formed and we learned a lot along the way.
We believe that architecture needs to be made for people. That's why you need to understand the briefing very well to translate people into architecture. We work with residential architectural and interior projects, and with a multidisciplinary team we can also serve the commercial market.

Everything inspires. Being in touch with nature, with different cultures, with art, common everyday situations, books. Everything can be the result of creativity, just be always attentive with a curious eye.
Contemporary and clean
We live in Brazil, and here everything is very warm. However, the city we live in is in the south, where temperatures are the lowest in the country. This culturally makes the houses here have a different design. We believe it is important to always be aware of the place where everything is being developed to follow the culture and meet the demand in an assertive way.
