About Soothing Home Innréttingahönnun íbúðar

Soothing Home er innanhússhönnun á tveggja hæða íbúð. Verkefnið sameinar nútímalega einfaldleika með hlýjum og varanlegum karakter til að skapa rólegt og glæsilegt vistarrými. Upprunalegi stiginn í miðju heimilisins var fyrirferðarmikill og hindraði náttúrulega dagsbirtu, sem skildi ganginn við hliðina eftir dimman. Nýr opinn stigi kemur í stað gömlu byggingarinnar, hleypir birtu í gegn og gefur léttari og víðari rýmistilfinningu. Efnisval felur í sér marmara, kvarsflísar, járn, náttúrulega burstaða spónlagningu, japanska málningu, viðarparket og innflutt veggfóður.

Unique Properties: This design project combining the styles of modern simplicity and heart-warming endurance create an elegant and comfy humanistic space where shows the pure and elegant residential aesthetics, thus creating the faintly discernible, at ease, and carefree feelings of space.

Production Technology: The construction materials encompassing marbles, quartz tiles, iron pieces, natural brushed veneers, specific Japanese paints, engineered wood flooring, imported wallpapers, etc. spawn the poetic and happy experience of space where a wonderful life comes true, and core values of natural and comfortable elements are preserved, thus bringing affections and dreams into home.
Research: The staircase not only functionally connects different floors, also strengthens family bonds. It is a piece of artwork that invents artistry, magnifies senses of space, brings sunlight into the house, and creates vitality for the family.
Inspiration: Wonderful things, once emerge, will closely surround you as if spring rain that gently seeps through the skin and drop on to the heart.
Operation Flow: In the duplex apartment, the original bulky staircase on the central indoor space blocked the natural daylight, thus generating the burdensome and dull feelings. To solve the problem of staircase visually and functionally bothersome, the designer replaced the old bulky staircase with the new open one has spawned a see-through, light, smooth and broad sense of space, which is now brighter than the previous dark hallway alongside the staircase.
