About Lakeville Regency Residence Íbúðarhúsnæði - Innanhússhönnun
Lakeville Regency er einkaheimili staðsett í miðborg Shanghai í Kína. Innanrými hússins er hannað í nútímalegum nýlendustíl. Svart og hvítt eru andstæð litum í gegnum allt rýmið. Efnisval felur í sér terrazzo skorið í litla múrsteina, ofinn áferðarpappír og gluggahlera með austurlenskum arkitektúrsdetaljum. Í stofunni má finna naumhyggjulegar eyjur og hangandi arinn. Smáatriði á borð við falda hurðir og innstungupanel eru útfærð á naumhyggjulegan hátt, þar sem virkni er viðhaldið án þess að trufla andrúmsloft rýmisins. Heimilið er 280 fermetrar að stærð.
