Eik, flísar, leður og önnur umhverfisvæn byggingarefni eru notuð í viðar- og jarðlitum. Línulaus lýsing, rimlar og opin skápar hylja lága bita. Rennihurðir í sama lit skipta opinberum og einkasvæðum.

Einstakar eiginleikar: The design team tried to adopt the urban island-hopping concept of green architecture as the core of this space planning. In addition, there is a hanging garden in the continuous L-shaped double balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows. With wood, the design team planned the open plan design with a bar counter, sliding doors, openwork cabinets, linear lighting, grille, etc., which finally realized an extended and enlarged sense of transparency with the laying of the same tone and different materials.

At the same time, the sliding doors in the same color subtly divide the public and private areas. Hönnunaráskorun: The most challenging part of the project was to create a perfect space that would meet the client's requirements within the characteristics and advantages of the space. The space has many advantages, such as lighting, ventilation, spaciousness, and diversity. To create a unique look, the design team adopted the design of turning the TV wall in the living room so that users can enjoy the hanging garden while watching TV.

With the open plan, the design team adopted curved lines and brownie colors to connect each living area. Different from the usual solid surface of a TV wall, it is made of glass and allows people to see through the hanging garden.
