Hönnunin víkur frá nýklassíska kínverska stílnum sem er algengur í fasteignamarkaðssetningu á staðnum og býður þess í stað upp á klassískt og glæsilegt andrúmsloft. Nútímalegar hönnunaraðferðir skapa tilfinningu fyrir lúxus á 253 fermetra svæði. Svalirnar eru samþættar inn í stofuna og stórir glergluggar opnast út að Xiang-ánni og fjöllunum í kring. Arinn og fáguð innréttingar bæta við hlýju, svo íbúar geta flutt beint inn.
