Cl7A er innanhússhönnun fyrir íbúð í uppgengnu verslunarhúsi (shophouse) í Singapúr. Þetta 978 fermetra heimili (í fetum) samanstendur af tveimur svefnherbergjum, tveimur baðherbergjum og opnu eldhúsi sem rennur saman við stofu- og matarsvæði. Skáþakið með sýnilegum timburbitum var varðveitt sem einkennandi þáttur upprunalega verslunarhúsnæðisins. Fægt steingólf, hlýr viður og granít bæta við dýpt og andstæðum. Sterkar byggingarlínur eru í jafnvægi við mjúk gluggatjöld og vandlega valin listaverk. Gamla íbúðin var endurgerð en nútímaþægindum var bætt við.
