About Warsaw Penthouse Frumhlutverk: Íbúðarhúsnæði

Bókartexti: Þakíbúð í Varsjá, hönnuð af Roland Stanczyk, sameinar lúxus, hagnýtni og fágaðan fagurfræðilegan blæ. Sérsmíðuð innrétting, bogadregnar viðarframhliðar og naumhyggjuhúsgögn hámarka rýmisflæði um leið og þau skapa áþreifanlega hlýju. Snjallheimiliskerfi stýra lýsingu, loftslagi og öryggi, sem eykur þægindi og orkunýtni. Sjálfbær efni, hringrásarhönnunaraðferðir og ábyrg útfærsla smáatriða tryggja lágmarks umhverfisáhrif, langlífi og aðlögunarhæfni. Verkefnið er gott dæmi um samtímalega íbúðarhönnun í hæsta gæðaflokki með ígrunduðum, heildrænum lausnum.
