Hopu-serían er sett af verkfæralausum tengjum fyrir flatpökkuð húsgögn. Plasttengin nýta teygjanlega aflögun og breyta lögun sinni tímabundið undir þrýstingi til að tengja saman hluta. Hægt er að setja húsgögnin saman og taka þau í sundur á fljótlegan hátt án verkfæra, sem bætir uppsetningarupplifunina og lengir endingartíma húsgagnanna. Fullunnar spónaplötur með melamínröndum gefa sveitalegt yfirbragð og auka framleiðsluhagkvæmni, um leið og dregið er úr efnissóun og losun skaðlegra lofttegunda. - The hopu series enables quick and effortless assembly and disassembly of furniture without the need for any tools,enhancing the user's installation experience and extending the furniture's lifespan.this design also eliminates the waste associated with installation tools.the style farm aesthetic is achieved through the use of finished melamine striped particle boards,which not only improve manufacturing efficiency but also reduce material waste and the emission of harmful gases.as a result,this approach contributes to environmental protection.
- Inspiration
- By applying the elastic deformation where principal plastic connectors temporarily change shape under pressure, we realize fast, free tool assembly and disassembly, solving the problem of cumbersome furniture installation, upgrading user assembly experience, and prolonging furniture service life.
- Project Duration
- The Project Will Start in Shenzhen in January 2024 and Be Completed in Shenzhen in December 2025.
