About Poly Central Residence Sölumiðstöð
Poly Central Residence er sölumiðstöð staðsett í Yangjiang í Kína. Innréttingin nær yfir 900 fermetra. Steinsteypublokkir eru fléttaðar saman til að líkja eftir strandbjörgum, sem kalla fram spor tíma og sjávarfalla. Klettaveggir og blokkakennt loft mynda margar hæðir og náttúrulega rýmisskipan. Grænn mosi vex á milli klettanna og opin svæði endurspegla vatnslandslagið fyrir utan. Veggirnir, loftið, móttökuborðið, vatnsbarinn, sýningarskápurinn og skalalíkanið eru sérsniðin. Keramik, steinn, málmur og leður mynda andstæður hvert við annað og ljós með einföldum línum eru felld inn í skápa og veggi.

- The walls, ceiling, reception counter, water bar, showcase and scaled model are customized and well arranged to create a modern, elegant and creative space. Different building blocks are interlaced to form multiple levels and natural spatial order. Following the style of the interior design, decorations are in simple and elegant modern style as well. - The designer has followed its simple and elegant design style, telling the story of the pure space and creating an artistic sales center which provides colorful living experience in Yangjiang City. In this poetic space, visitors can stop for a while, thinking and feeling great freedom.
- Research
- Yangjiang, a city lying between mountains and sea, is full of natural atmosphere. In July, 2018, the Yangjiang Station along the Jiangmen-Zhanjiang Railway was completed, which has greatly energized the economy and society of the city. In the south where the high-speed rail business district locates, there are also great opportunities for developing. Ideally located in the zone where the river and the sea meet, Poly Central Residence is created to be a building complex integrating offices, residences and public spaces, which will allow people to experience holiday lifestyle.
- Inspiration
- Natural elements such as the water drop, jellyfish, octopus and hippo are abstracted and applied in the space design. The waves and the art paintings dialogue with the space, creating a modern space full of visual arts, free dreams and ocean culture.
- Project Duration
- The project was completed in Dec. 2018
- Operation Flow
- The project is designed with rocky walls and blocky ceiling. Green moss grows between the rocks and the blank space echoes the waterscape outside, composing a silent but touching symphony.
