About Number Seven Íbúðarhús

Arkitektinn sameinaði nútíma innréttingu og sögulegt samhengi í hönnunarferlinu. Undir ríkjandi andrúmslofti módernismans notar hönnuðurinn tungumál hönnunarinnar til að skapa samræður við rými, liti og menningu. Í skörpum mótsögnum milli hins gamla og nýja, er lágkúra byggingin endurlífguð. Mest aðlaðandi hluti þessa verkefnis er boginn. Blái liturinn á gólfinu er líka einn af jákvæðu hlutunum.

Sigurvegarar í járni sýna mikla færni, mikla sérhæfingu, sérfræðiskilning og skapandi getu höfunda sinna. Þess er vænst að Number Seven Íbúðarhús sé mjög metið, dáð og elskað sköpunarverk sem er hagnýtt og nýstárlegt. Þetta hönnunarverk sem vann A' Design Award í járni sameinar bestu starfsvenjur greinarinnar og hefur hæfa tæknilega eiginleika tengda þekkingu og hæfileikum. Unique Properties: This 55-year-old house was really need of renovation. Because there is only 100 days to design and rebuild,no time to prepare renders or any kind of documents before execution; therefore, the sketching was done at the site during the execution.
Dimensions & Packaging: The most important thing about this project is the time of designing and executing. Lots of things to do, and just 99 days.The area of this project is 310 square meter. It has one and a half main level.

Production Technology: Love to recycle the materials. To save money and time, decided to keep some walls and ceilings exposed, without finishing materials, so, you can see brick texture everywhere. Design team was thinking about using recycled materials. Therefore, the ceiling of the living room was covered with recycled wood which did not need any coloring.
Design Challenge: The most difficult part in designing this project was the strict rules of urban planning and municipality regarding changes in plans and views.
Research: Always liked to use the traditional method to execute semicircular arches. That's why a lot of research has been done on this and some good experiments have been done.
Inspiration: Always liked the use of arches and curves in designs. The semicircular arch gives you a deep sense of relaxation. Decided to use semicircular arches, both in the exterior and interior.
To save money and time, keep some walls and ceilings exposed, without finishing materials, so, you can see brick texture everywhere. Thinking about using recycled materials. Therefore, the ceiling of the living room was covered with recycled wood which did not need any coloring.
Project Duration: The project started in November 2018 and finished in March 2019.
Operation Flow: The most appealing part of this project is "arch". The blue color of the floor also is one of the positive part.
