About Hsr048/Hsr050/Hsr060 Iðnaðarvélmenni
HSR048, HSR050 og HSR060 eru lárétt fjölliða iðnaðarvélmenni, einnig þekkt sem Scara-vélmenni. Hvert vélmenni heldur á grip á enda armsins, þannig að vélin getur lagað sig að mörgum verkefnum og styður sjálfvirkni og vinnusparnað í framleiðsluverksmiðjum. Armarnir ná út frá stöðugum grunni og verða grennri í átt að endanum, sem dregur úr þyngd og tregðu og gerir stöðuga hraðvirka hreyfingu mögulega. Hið lífræna form minnir á mannslíkamann og gerir hraðar hreyfingar minna ógnvekjandi fyrir starfsfólk á framleiðslulínunni. Hinn fyrirferðarlitli búkur hjálpar til við að minnka stærð búnaðarins.

Press Kit
- Unique Properties
- These are horizontal, multi-joint industrial robots (SCARA robots) with hands mounted on their tips to adapt flexibly to a variety of work. These robots contribute to automation and labor saving in production plants. These are new SCARA robot series models developed by DENSO Wave. They provide top-of-class performance levels in compact body sizes and contribute to reduced equipment size.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Arm length (1st arm + 2nd arm) 480mm (205mm + 275mm), 550mm (275mm + 275mm), 650mm (375mm + 275mm), maximum payload: 8kg, body weight: 33kg, body height: 488mm (excluding shaft height) , Maximum synthesis speed: 7540mm / s, 8000mm / s, 8850mm / s, Variation: Cleanliness: ISO class 3, Dust and drip-proof performance: IP65

- Production Technology
- Since we thought that the influence of inertia could be suppressed by reducing the weight of the tip, we adopted an arm that was powerfully extended from a stable base and became more delicate toward the tip. As a result, stable high-speed operation and design innovation were realized.
In addition, the entire product was constructed with an organic design that resembles the human body so that high-speed operation does not give a sense of intimidation or anxiety to workers working on the production line. - Design Challenge
- The aim was to create the fastest SCARA robot. Initially, however, the expectations of the designer were only to renovate the appearance of the predecessor. I felt that the previous model's structure did not embody the fastest spec, so I proposed an ideal form of the SCARA robot including a renovation of the whole structure first.
- Research
- We researched most of SCARA robots in the world through internet and world wide robot exhibitions. Then we realized that we have to change every legacy structure to make robot faster.
- Inspiration
- Conceived from the structure of the human body, "tension" and "contraction" provide its external form. The lifelike soft exterior removes the sense of intimidation during high-speed movement.
- Project Duration
- This project is started from 2014. The robot is already on sale and still produced.
- Operation Flow
- This product is settled in a factory, and programed their jobs and works for whole day.
