About Alpine Ancient Trees Packaging per tè
"Alberi Antichi d'Alta Quota" è un progetto di packaging per il tè scuro (dark tea). La scatola esterna è realizzata in un unico pezzo a forma di conchiglia, in cartone ondulato con onda F accoppiato a cartone ondulato monofacciale con onda F. Gli strati di cartone ondulato sono sovrapposti per creare un profilo sagomato che richiama una montagna del tè e l'ambiente naturale degli antichi alberi di tè. La base stratificata funge inoltre da sostegno per mantenere in posizione il tè pressato. La scatola misura 284 x 226 x 94 millimetri e può essere spedita in piano, riducendo i costi di trasporto. Dopo l'uso, il vassoio può accogliere un piccolo bonsai da scrivania. Tutti i materiali sono riciclabili.

- The contour tea mountain shape of BC pit corrugated paper shows the growth environment of the original ecological landscape of the ancient tea tree.It serves as the base of the ancient tea tree.
The outer box of contour tea tray is integrated into one shape,F-flute corrugated paper laminated with F-flute single face corrugated paper,Which can be reused as small bonsai in a corner of the desk to decorate the environment.
The whole packaging material is environmental protection and recycling. - Dimensions & Packaging
- The outer size of the corrugated tea box is 284 mm×226 mm×94 mm, the inner structure of the paper carving for the tea mountain line, and the tea Tuo size is 72 mm×72 mm×50 mm.

Our efforts: corrugated paper series material,coarse fiber special paper printing for plane patterns,to minimize large area printing and use of too much technology,corrugated superimposed tea plastic art and practical.This shape is well received by customers and consumers. Engineers have done a lot of model tests to achieve the real effect of tea.Tea mountain shape can be used for a second time,put small bonsai ornament office or tea room. - Inspiration
- The original environment of tea mountain,advocating a kind of leisurely and slow life state of returning to nature and returning to the true,seeking for the true self and the unity of heaven and man.
- Project Duration
- The project began in Wuzhou, Guangxi province, in December 2019, was completed in Shenzhen in February 2020, and was exhibited at the Shenzhen Spring Tea Fair in May 2020.
- Operation Flow
- 1. The package is of clamshell box type, forming in one piece. The outer box can be compressed and shipped, saving logistics cost.
2. Seal the packaging to ensure that it is not opened to consumers.
3. Fixed drak tea with superimposed corrugated paper as backing, artistic and practical.
4. A small bonsai can be put on the bottom tray of tea mountain shape for secondary use to decorate the office space. - Patents
