A8zk Steam Combi è un blocco cottura integrato pensato per le cucine domestiche moderne. Le funzioni di cappa aspirante, piano cottura, vaporiera e forno sono riunite in un'unica unità, che supporta 17 metodi di cottura con un notevole risparmio di spazio. Un sistema intelligente di collegamento tra cappa e piano cottura consente il comando con un solo tasto, mentre un pannello touch screen offre sei livelli di velocità di aspirazione. Un deflettore per i fumi ruota di 90 gradi per limitarne la fuoriuscita e un sistema di separazione dei vapori grassi a cinque stadi estrae il 98 per cento dell'olio presente nei fumi. Vetro cristallo nero e acciaio inossidabile argentato compongono il corpo simmetrico ed ergonomico.

Sfida Progettuale: In Chinese cuisine, there are 26 cooking methods to make the best taste of food. However, as the kitchen area increasingly shrinks and the modern family kitchen is popularized, it is difficult to use Chinese cooking methods in the kitchen. To solve this problem, this product needed to be designed to be modern and suitable for Chinese use, and this was the difficult part of the design.
Ricerca: It is designed with a central symmetrical aesthetic, with perfect symmetry between left and right, reflecting a hint of tranquility, which fits perfectly with the Chinese pursuit of introspection and simplicity. The body dimensions are designed with reference to ergonomics, creating a comfortable space for cooking.

In China, the colour black is similar to iron and has been used since ancient times to symbolise "rigidity and perseverance". The choice of black crystal glass as the main colour reflects the Chinese attitude of calmness and restraint and a strong will to live.

Durata del Progetto: The project started in August 2019 in Shengzhou and finished in April 2020 in Shengzhou.
Flusso Operativo: A8zk is equipped with an intelligent ventilator-cooker linkage system which enables the one-key linkage. The touch screen control panel with 6-shfit air-speed control allows the user to operate the equipment visually and handily. The smoke baffle can be turned by 90 degrees to fully exhaust all smoke and prevent smoke overflow; the first-of-its-kind five-stage oil-fume separation technology can extract 98% oil in the fume, which significantly improves smoke extraction efficiency.
