Bay Arce è un ristorante di pesce situato all'interno dell'edificio del terminal crociere del porto di Kanazawa. La sala da pranzo si affaccia sul mare attraverso una parete interamente vetrata e il panorama si svela gradualmente man mano che i visitatori avanzano dall'ingresso. Il volume delle sedute assume una grande forma arrotondata che richiama quella di una nave, realizzata con sottili elementi di legno di Hiba di Noto proveniente dalla prefettura di Ishikawa. Un pavimento a gradoni consente di ammirare il mare da ogni posto a sedere, mentre una lieve rampa garantisce l'accesso alle persone in sedia a rotelle. Il soffitto ligneo è curvato a mano fino ad assumere la forma di un'onda ed è illuminato nelle ore notturne.
